Doing business in the Netherlands involves more than knowing the rules. Contracts, employees, corporate decisions and disputes all affect your operations, reputation and commercial relationships. You need counsel that understands those connections and gives you a workable route forward.

We advise foreign companies with Dutch activities as well as Dutch businesses operating internationally. Our lawyers explain the legal position in plain English, identify the decisions that matter and remain closely involved when speed or negotiation is required.
